Sea View Tours LLC (“we”, “us”) runs clear LED kayak night tours from Caribe Marina in Orange Beach, Alabama. This policy covers this website, our bookings and our staff dashboard.
What we collect
- Bookings. Tours are booked through FareHarbor, our booking provider. When you book, you give your name, email, phone number and party details. FareHarbor and its payment processors handle payment. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support requests. If you use our support form, we receive the name, email, phone, booking date and message you enter. A Cloudflare Turnstile check helps block spam on that form.
- Emails and calls. If you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can help you.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other sites. Our own pages don’t set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The FareHarbor booking window and the Turnstile spam check may set cookies they need to work. Our staff sign-in uses a login cookie, and only for staff.
How we use your information
We use it to run your tour. That means confirming and managing bookings, contacting you about weather or schedule changes, answering your questions, keeping guests safe, and keeping the business and tax records the law requires.
We don’t sell your information
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as FareHarbor for bookings and Cloudflare for hosting this site. We also share it if the law requires us to.
Staff dashboard
Our guides and owners use a private, sign-in-only dashboard for staff accounts, schedules and timesheets. Clock-ins may include the location from a guide’s phone. Staff tax forms (W-9s) are encrypted. Only the owners and our accountant can see them. None of this is public.
Google user data
The staff dashboard connects to the business’s own Google Drive with Google’s limited drive.file permission. It uses that permission only to save the files it creates, which are staff tax forms, into the business’s Drive. It doesn’t read, change or delete any other files. We don’t share Google user data with third parties or use it for advertising. You can remove the dashboard’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and support records only as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records. We keep tax forms for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will unless we’re legally required to keep it.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian makes bookings for kids.
